Not only did Swift River do an amazing deck extension and repair, they also helped with some very tricky framing for my basement remodel. Swift River went above and beyond to lend their expertise as my basement progressed, and for over a year now have helped beautify all the rooms with amazing.

Contacted a few companies to inquire about a deck rebuild. All but Swift River said complete rebuild. Beth at Swift River was the first to start at replacing just the deck boards and replace any structure as needed. This concept alone saved a lot of money as the entire PT structure was sound. Demolition and new deck boards were a fairly quick project and the quality of the picture frame deck is amazing. Aben and Beth were amazing to work with and highly recommended.

Swift River is probably the single best contracting company I have ever dealt with and with an antique house I have had many! They replaced my old back porch/deck within a week exactly as we discussed and paid attention to every detail. They were here at 8:00 AM every day, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highest quality workmanship making our deck look like it has always been there. Great communication from Beth before, during and after the project. I could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend them for any project. I will not hesitate to use them again should any new projects come up.

We hired Swift River to remove and replace over 1000 sq. ft. of deck in our backyard. They gave us a very competitive estimate and were able to start the project within a week. The craftsmanship was terrific. More importantly, they paid attention to our requests and explained many different options to meet those requests, the customer satisfaction level is extremely high. They showed up for work everyday on time and worked every day until the project was completed. Every evening the work site was cleaned up and and small pieces of wood were stacked.
