Aben Lariviere Co-Founder | Master Carpenter
Aben learned the craft of carpentry at his father’s side, absorbing every detail of traditional New England building practices. Over the years he honed his skills across the United States, even launching a successful construction company in the Pacific Northwest before returning home. Today, Aben leads our field crews with calm precision, a laser-sharp eye for detail, and a passion for creating outdoor spaces that can weather anything Rhode Island throws their way.

Beth Lariviere Co-Founder | Operations Director
Before trading binoculars for blueprints, Beth founded and ran Maui’s first bird-watching tour company. Her entrepreneurial savvy, love for the outdoors, and knack for organization now guide Swift River Builders’ day-to-day operations. From scheduling and permitting to client communication and project wrap-up, Beth ensures every build stays on time, on budget, and on point. She’s the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call—and the driving force behind our signature smooth project experience.
